Global learning experiences for Africa's next generation.
Executive Leadership
Founder & President
Kafui Kwesi Dogbatse is the Founder, Initiator and President of the Aspire Global Innovation Alliance (AGIA). He conceived AGIA to give young Africans direct exposure to global best practice in fields such as the built environment, agriculture, technology and artificial intelligence, and to connect them with the international networks that shape these industries.
Since 2022, Kafui has been Chief Executive Officer of Aspire Destinations Ltd, a Ghana Tourism Authority-licensed travel company specialising in group, student, corporate and bespoke travel. Under his leadership, the company has organised international delegations for professional bodies, corporate organisations and public institutions. These include Ghana Institute of Architects delegations to the UIA World Congresses in Copenhagen and Barcelona, and Ghana Institution of Surveyors delegations to international conferences. This experience of moving professionals and students across borders for learning and exposure is the foundation on which AGIA is built.
Kafui brings more than two decades of experience in business development, sales, marketing and public relations. Before Aspire Destinations, he was Head of Business at Charterhouse, the events and production company behind flagship programmes such as the Ghana Music Awards and Miss Malaika Ghana. He previously served as Business Development Manager at GhOne Television, where he was part of the campaign that took the station into Ghana's top five within two years of launch, and as Sales Manager at Omni Media (Citi 97.3 FM).
He holds an Executive MBA in Marketing from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and a Bachelor of Education in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of Cape Coast. An alumnus of Adisadel College, he has served as Executive of its alumni association and as Head of Public Relations at Victory Bible Church International.
Kafui's vision for AGIA is to build a bridge between Africa's brightest students and the world's leading institutions, so that the next generation of African professionals can learn, innovate and lead on a global stage.
